3 heavy TnG Dead Lift 345, 365, 400 (400 is 95% of 1RM so pleased with this as it's my weakness
15 Double Unders AFAP

3 sets; rest 3 min 225 all 3 sets. Felt REALLY heavy after the deads, just no pop
3 heavy TnG Power Clean
10 Box Jumps AFAP

3 sets; rest 3 min 155, 165, 175. These felt alright, started getting some speed back after power cleans
3 heavy TnG Power Snatch
5 Box Hurdles
