80% of 1rm (285) is 225 so I started w/ this but quickly had to drop to 205. Frustrating b/c it was all technique.

Everything else felt fine, breathing was good. Over head just felt really heavy. Going to start programming some high rep shoulder to over head work skill and strength work. Not fatigue based. We'll see how it goes.
