Complete felt pretty good. Row stayed at 1:50 pace throughout. AD stayed at about 74 RPM's, output dropped a little per set but breathing was good.

Complete- second 20 min felt a little better than the first. Smoothed stroke out a little bit and changed breathing pattern. Glad to get back in the pool after missing it due to sickness wednesday.
1 month till regionals, gonna be a tough month of training but I'm ready for it.
