60 sec DB Push-up Burpees - 30/hand
60 sec Airdyne @ pukie pace
Rest 10 min b/t sets
Burpees- 18, 19, 20
Cal- 29, 27, 26
Felt really good, burpees were good. Obviously pace dropped a bit on the air dyne/set but not bad. Recovery is feeling really good. After each set I stayed on bike for 4-5 min easy pedaling and after the last one did it for 5-6 minutes. This helped flush out that lactate very quickly
