20 Wall Balls - 20#

4 rounds even
First set was by far the easiest. Don't think my intensity dropped off any but the movements were just harder. Runs were very slow on the second and third sets. Somewhat pleased with effort. Limited by breathing for sure still. Last set Shoulders got pretty smoked but everything was unbroken on all sets.
