C. Chin-ups, 20 reps x 3 sets, 2 min
B1. felt light
B2. did 185, 205, 225, 225, 225, 225, 205, 185 so I could feel the 225. Felt pretty good
B3. Fast and easy
C. Smooth, all around 19 seconds.
