complete in the rain- all runs @ 1:35. Felt pretty good on these. Rest time was about 70-80 seconds

    You training looks really interesting! With your 400m rep MAP run session how did you decide how long to take to walk 100m?... was it inituative? HR recovery to 120bpm? Or something different?

  2. Pete, always good to have questions as that's how we learn. My walk/rest was a brisk walk.. not too slow but not too fast either. Just based off feel. Walked 100 meters and it happened to be b/w 70-80 seconds every set. We've progressed to that many sets and that short of rest over time. I say we b/c I don't write my program, Michael FitzGerald does. We did HR stuff early on but not usually in MAP sessions. Awesome now as I get closer to Regionals, HR stuff is almost irrelevant as I'm just putting in the work now.
